TECHNICAL PROFILE:

GRAND AUTO INDUSTRIES is spread on 15,000 SQ.fts. land, well equipped with foundry and machining machineries and equipments. Our advanced production technology utilizing latest technology machineries, equipments and manufacturing process produces and maintain international standard quality of CYLINDER LINER/SLEEVE set by Engine & Vehicle manufacturers and International Quality control institutes.

FOUNDRY DIVISION:

Foundry division is equipped with 2 Nos. of Induction furnace having melting capacity of 10 MT per day.

In addition to furnaces, casting testing equipments and metal testing laboratory is equipped in foundry where raw material tested before casting for its chemical properties, Hardness, and Wet analysis.

MACHINING DIVISION:

Machining operation start only after test casting and approved by our quality control engineers.
